A few useful details before your new favourite tee hits the road.
Are US orders shipped from the USA?
US orders are routed for domestic fulfillment when the selected product and availability allow. Your tee can therefore be printed, packed and dispatched within the USA. If domestic fulfillment is unavailable, your order may be routed to another facility.
How long will my order take?
Delivery time includes production and shipping. Because your T-shirt is made to order, it needs to be printed before dispatch. The estimate shown at checkout is the most relevant guide for your destination and selected delivery service.
Why isn't my T-shirt dispatched immediately?
We print each tee after you order it rather than keeping shelves of finished stock. This means there's a production stage before your order is ready to ship.
Will I receive tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send tracking details when they're available from the carrier.
Could my order arrive in separate parcels?
Yes. Items may occasionally be produced at different fulfillment facilities or dispatched separately depending on product availability and production routing.
What about customs and import charges?
Customs duties and import taxes depend on the destination and fulfillment route. Any applicable charges are subject to the shipping and tax arrangements for your order. Please check the information provided at checkout.
